Our mountain bike parties are a popular favourite for kids birthdays and celebrations.
OUR VENUE
Our venue has a great reputation for its variety of mountain bike trails catering for riders from beginners to advanced making it the perfect venue for kids of all ages. You have 30min allocated prior to your party booking for setup.
HIRE THE VENUE
A nominated area is booked for the party celebration. However, it is not a full venue booking and the rest of the café and bar areas are still operational for guests and riders on the estate. *There is no Venue Hire Fee.

FOOD AND DRINKS
Party packs & food options must be pre-arranged via the google form which will be sent to you once you confirm your booking. *Cakeage fees are applicable at R180. In order to waiver our venue hire fee, we do not allow guests to bring any food, snacks, lucky packets or drinks of any kind, persons found breaking these regulations will be held liable to a R500 fine.
PARTY BOX PACKAGE OPTIONS
Items may be removed or added to suit dietary requirements upon your request at a potential additional cost.

VENUE HIRE RULES
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We have a strict 'No Helmet, No Ride' policy. Guests arrival up to one hour before booked party commences. We do not close tracks exclusively for guest party or function bookings. We unfortunately do not supply party décor, party cups, plates or cutlery. Cancellation fees are applicable. Proof of payment is required 3 working days before the event. Orders will be considered cancelled if a proof of deposit has not been received. All food and drinks to be arranged via the Café at Bloemendal Trail Park. Unfortunately we do not allow any food and drinks to be brought onto the farm. No picnics are allowed. Please support the staff-run coffee shop and bar at Bloemendal Trail Park.

Terms and conditions. Kindly note, a minimum of 12 hamburgers, 12 boerewors rolls, or 12 hot dogs each; is required per order and not a combination to reach the total of twelve. Additional hamburgers, boerewors rolls and hot dogs to be ordered in increments; 12, 24, 36, 48, 60. All items listed are dependant on stock availability, shipping and delivery. Whilst stocks last. We regret, we do not supply paper plates, paper napkins, cups or plastic cutlery in our party packs.
KIDS ACTIVITIES
DAY PERMITS FOR RIDING
Tygerberg Mountain Bike Members are permitted to ride the trails free of charge. Alternatively, Day Permits can be purchased for non-members at R50 for 18 years and younger and R75 for adults. Please kindly bring a helmet for your child's safety. We regret, we currently do not have Children's Bike Helmets to rent at our premises. For safety requirements, all trail riders are required to wear bike helmets.
