OUR VENUE

Our venue has a great reputation for its variety of mountain bike trails catering for riders from absolute beginners to advanced making it the perfect venue for kids of all ages. A party setup requires 30min - 1hr in advance to cater to specific requirements which can include seating arrangements.

HIRE THE VENUE

A nominated area is booked for the party celebration. However, it is not a full venue booking and the rest of the café and bar areas are still operational for guests and riders on the estate. Consult with our Events Manager for a more detailed package offering. *There is no Venue Hire Fee. See Food and Drinks.

FOOD AND DRINKS

Our party packages are tailored to suit you! Our famous boerewords rolls and hamburgers are a big hit with our party-goers! Party Packs must be pre-arranged via email correspondence in order to qualify for our Exclusive Party Food options. These include boerewors rolls, hamburgers, hotdogs, pie platters and cheese platters. In order to waiver our venue hire fee, we do not allow guests to bring any food, snacks, lucky packets or drinks of any kind to an event. Please pre-order your food and drinks with our Events Team. Our Exclusive Party Food options require a 50% deposit 3 workings days before the event. Proof of payment must be sent to info@bloemendaltrailpark.co.za. Should no proof of payment be received in the necessary allocated timeframe, we will consider the order cancelled. *Cakeage fees are applicable at R180. Alternatively, our café serves chicken strips with chips and our famous delectable sandwiches on a daily basis. Our Café and Bar is open for coffee, tea, wine, beer-on-tap and snacks. All food and drinks to be arranged via the Café at Bloemendal Trail Park. Unfortunately, we do not allow any food or drinks to be brought onto the Estate. Persons found breaking the Estate ‘picnic’ regulations will be held liable to a R500 fine. Terms and conditions are applicable.

Items may be removed or added to suit dietary requirements upon your request. Alternative options will alter the party box pricing. Please enquire for a quote. Box colour options are available to suit the party theme.

We have a strict 'No Helmet, No Ride' policy. Guests arrival up to one hour before booked party commences. We do not close tracks exclusively for guest party or function bookings. We unfortunately do not supply party décor, party cups, plates or cutlery. Cancellation fees are applicable. Proof of payment is required 3 working days before the event. Orders will be considered cancelled if a proof of deposit has not been received. All food and drinks to be arranged via the Café at Bloemendal Trail Park. Unfortunately we do not allow any food and drinks to be brought onto the farm. No picnics are allowed. Please support the staff-run coffee shop and bar at Bloemendal Trail Park.
